Leprechaun Smoothie

Leprechaun Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients: 

• 1/2 avocado

• 1/4 cup full fat coconut milk

• 1/4 cup fresh baby spinach

• 1/4 cup fresh mint

• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I suggest using Garden of Life’s Vanilla Raw Meal Shake)

• 2 tbsp pistachio nuts

• 1 vanilla bean (or 1 tsp raw vanilla bean powder – I don’t suggest using the extract for this recipe)

• 3-6 drops liquid Stevia extract

• 1/2 cup water

• ice (optional)

 

Instructions:

Step 1) Blend all ingredients together until smooth!
