How to make Vegan Chocolate Pudding

I love chocolate pudding and this year I found some amazing recipes online that I wanted to try. I played around with the different ingredients and found that I love this recipe that I have created!

This recipe is loaded with lots of healthy fat that keeps you full longer, reduces sugar cravings, and helps you absorb the nutrients from the food that you are eating (avocados are seriously one of the ‘perfect’ foods out there, don’t you think?!). You can use raw milk instead of coconut milk…but I personally prefer the coconut milk!

Vegan Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients: 
12 oz coconut milk (put in fridge to cool and thicken to desired consistency)
1 ripe avocado
2 tablespoons raw cacoa
3-6 tablespoons coconut sugar or pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla bean powder – This ingredients is a must in my humble opinion ;)
coconut flakes or more vanilla bean powder for garnish.

Directions: Mix it all in a blender and ENJOY! :D
