“Eat Fat, Lose Fat” Book Review

I recently discovered the book, “Eat Fat, Lose Fat” – and it seriously blew my mind!

Here’s why:

-This book simplifies which fats are healthy and which ones you should avoid. It also provides plenty of references to reputable studies!

-Provides plenty of reasons why your body NEEDS fat – and plenty of it, too.

-Explains why healthy fats WON’T make you fat. In fact, it will explain why it will help you LOSE fat – and keep it off!

-I’ll discuss how I have personally benefited from increasing the amount of healthy fats into my diet. Let’s just say I have been pleasantly surprised :)
