Full Body Workout at the Park! Level: Beginner

This is a great full body workout for beginners that you can easily do at the park – or just about anywhere! The only “equipment” that I used was the park’s table.

In this short video clip, I show you how to do each exercise.

10 Jumping Jacks
5 Step Ups
5 Chair Dips
30 second Plank

Repeat this exercise circuit 5 times for the entire full body workout at the park!

I do my best to workout regularly – but I never said it would be easy (especially after having kids! haha)  ;)
