Garlic’s Health Benefits


Every Fall and Winter I increase my garlic intake because it is one of the best ways to boost your immune system to prevent sickness – and if you’re already sick – it’s one of the best ways to quickly recover and feel better!

I’ll make homemade pesto or spaghetti and use a lot of garlic (but not so much that you don’t like the meal!) or I do “garlic shots” by mincing raw garlic and putting it in a shot glass or small cup with water and drink it quickly! It’s a quick and easy way to consume raw garlic without having to eat or taste it!
