I never felt like I...

{Paleo & Vegan} Healthy Cadbury Eggs

Posted by on Apr 18, 2014 in Desserts, Holiday, Holiday, Recipes, Toddler/Child | Comments Off on {Paleo & Vegan} Healthy Cadbury Eggs

Cadbury Eggs were an Easter tradition growing up as a kid, and I  absolutely loved them. I am so happy to say that I have found a homemade – Paleo and Vegan – version of Cadbury Eggs! It’s still candy, but a much healthier option than what Cadbury has to offer. Kale has received a lot of attention lately, and for good reason too. It is full of healthy vitamins and minerals that are important for your body. Health Benefits of Kale Check out the infographic below to see the health benefits of kale. Good To Know: As you can see in the infographic, Kale has more calcium than milk, making it a great source of calcium for those who are lactose intolerant or vegan. Kale also has more iron than beef, making it  another vegan alternative.   Adding Kale To Your Diet Just last night, I had a bunch of kale and some apples that needed to be used soon before they went bad.
