Hello, October! It’s that time of year again. As a certified health nut (ha!), I feel it is only my duty to share with all of you Healthy Halloween recipes that you can feel good about. I am a huge believer that healthy doesn’t have to sacrifice flavor, and during the holidays, you shouldn’t have to sacrifice any of the fun! So many people will say, “Oh, but it’s Halloween!
