Buy Healthy Food So You Eat Healthy Food

If you can have enough self control during your grocery shopping trips – maybe for an hour or so tops – you will only have healthy food at home. You don’t need to have self control 24/7, you just need to have it at the most important time of the week – while your grocery shopping.

Don’t buy junk food and frozen dinners. When you are hungry, that’s what you’ll eat. Do you have kids? That’s still not a reason to buy junk food. Buy healthy food, you AND your kids will eat healthy food. It’s simple, yet very effective.

If you only buy healthy food, you’re only going to have healthy food at home, which means that’s all you’ll have to eat.
