How Debra Messing Dropped 20 Pounds

Debra was recently on The View and told the ladies that she used to eat pizza and candy and said, “I was tired all the time” since she was working long hours on the set and has a 10 year old son that wanted to run around and play soccer. Debra thought to herself, “I can’t do this anymore, I cant to be the mom I want to be”. She said that she cut out all of the junk food and said that as a result of cutting out the junk food, “I started feeling more energized and more alert”.

Debra Messing initially changed her diet to help her feel better and have more energy. She ended up losing 20 pounds and went from a size 10 to a size 6.

Green Juice for Breakfast

Debra says she likes to “start strong” by drinking a healthy green juice made with kale, spinach, celery, ginger, lemon, and cucumber. Yum!
