How Long To Nap

If you need just a boost of energy, consider taking a “power nap”, which is just 10 to 20 minutes long. Are you studying for a big test? Consider taking a longer nap, such as a one hour long nap. If you have the time, ideally, you should take a 90 minute nap to get the rest you need to conquer the rest of your day!
