Josh Duhamel hits the Gym on Christmas

Christmas was just yesterday, and while everyone was sleeping in and stuffing their faces with candy…Josh Duhamel was heading out to the gym.

When I suggest going to the gym on a regular basis – making it a lifestyle change – this is what I’m talking about. You don’t need to workout for hours, but what about a 15 or 30 minute workout? As a society, we need to make a daily workout routine normal again rather than diss Josh Duhamel about exercising on a holiday (as if that’s such a terrible thing).

If we make excuses not to workout, we can quickly justify skipping the gym for all sorts of things and one day realize “wow, I haven’t been to the gym in weeks/months/years”. Create a workout routine – whether that’s three days or six days a week – and stick to it. Consistency is what pays of in the end. And as you can see, it’s definitely workout out for Josh Duhamel.
