Small daily improvements are the key to staggering long-term results.

I totally agree with this. How I eat today is COMPLETELY different than how I ate 7 years ago. My husband and I didn’t change our eating habits overnight. We made small changes over time, and little by little, we ended up making a huge difference in our overall diet and lifestyle.

Achieve Long-Term Results

If you want to start eating healthy, I don’t suggest being 100% healthy overnight. Start small. Maybe you can start with just your breakfast!

For example, if you used to eat sugary cold cereal for breakfast, switch it up with a healthier alternative such as learning how to make Quinoa Cereal for breakfast. Sure, you might not eat the healthiest lunch or dinner, but you have made a huge change by switching your cold cereal for a protein-packed and nutrient-dense breakfast.

Maybe next week you can switch up your lunch. Ditch the vending machine snack for a piece of fruit like an apple or banana.

One small change every week or so can really add up overtime. Make small daily improvements and keep moving forward towards your end goal. You’ll get there.
