1/8 tsp Kosher Salt

½ tsp Baking Soda

1/3 cup Honey

2 Tbl Liquid Coconut Oil

½ tsp Mint Extract

1 Egg

Frosting:

2 cups Dark Chocolate Chips

1 cup Full-Fat Coconut Milk

½ tsp Mint Extract
