Someone Busier Than You Is Running Right Now

“I’m SOOOO Busy” is a common excuse for not working out. I get it. I used to say it myself, until I realized that my excuses weren’t helping me reach my goals.

I’ve realized that we are all busy. You’re busy, I’m busy…but no matter how busy we are, we need to make time for the things that are important to us. If a healthy body is important to you then you just need to make the time to exercise and make healthy food.

Busy with your kids? Exercise with them! Play tag and run around the yard.

Busy with work? Take a walk or go up and down the stairs during your 15 minute breaks.

Think about your day. Plan ahead. Figure out how to make it work for you!
