Becoming Healthy is the best decision I’ve ever made. Actually, I think choosing my husband was the best choice I’ve ever made, but choosing to be healthy is definitely up there! ;) One of the best things I have done to improve my health was to stop drinking soda completely. Small daily improvements are the key to staggering long-term results. I totally agree with this. How I eat today is COMPLETELY different than how I ate 7 years ago. My husband and I didn’t change our eating habits overnight. We made small changes over time, and little by little, we ended up making a huge difference in our overall diet and lifestyle. Achieve Long-Term Results If you want to start eating healthy, I don’t suggest being 100% healthy overnight. Start small. Maybe you can start with just your breakfast! A big part of being a certified personal trainer is to spot incorrect exercise form and make the necessary corrections to prevent injury and maximize exercise efficiency with our clients.  When I go to the gym, I see a lot of people doing the push-up incorrectly. Folks, it’s time to learn how to do the push-up correctly. How To Do The Perfect Push-Up In addition to having correct form during the exercise, it’s important to maintain a 4-2-1 tempo. This means that you go down slowly for 4 seconds, hold for two seconds, and then go back up in 1 second.
