Since the beginning of our store, the “Drop it like a SQUAT” design has become one of our best sellers. Because of the high demand of this product, I thought it was time to add some additional colors to choose from!
I’m super excited to let everyone know that we have added six new colors for our “Drop it like a SQUAT” products! You can buy this design at our Skinny Twinkie store in a variety of products, including: t-shirts, sweaters, racer backs, gym bags, iPhone cases, water bottles, reusable grocery bags, etc.
So tell me, which new color is your favorite? Personally…I like them all! ;)
For better health…eat less refined, processed, and artificial sugars! Craving something sweet? You can enjoy a delicious piece of fruit or make yourself a healthy (and still yummy!) treat. There are plenty of healthy forms of sugar you can use in your kitchen to satisfy your sweet tooth without causing harm to your health.
Not sure why refined, processed, and artificial sugars are bad for your health? I suggest reading Twinkie’s Challenge: No Sugar or Artificial Sweeteners.
“Obesity runs in the family.”
“Heart Disease runs in the family”
“Depression runs in the family”
I hear these types of statements all the time. The more that I learn about the human body, the more I realize that what we expose our bodies to every day – food, exercise, toxins, etc – far outweigh our “genetics”. Is everyone in your family overweight? It’s not in your genes. For those of you reading this, I hope you find this to be good news. You have a choice, and you can be healthy!!! :)
I have been watching the bloggers from 100 Days of Real Food and Food Babe fight for Kraft to remove food dyes from their products. I have signed the petition personally, and I encourage you to do the same!
But first, check out their recent interview with Dr. Oz to learn more about how food dyes affect your body:
Right now it is more about providing cheap food to the american people rather than REAL food that’s healthy and safe. Unfortunately, I don’t think that Kraft is going to change by a few hundred thousand people signing a petition. Kraft – and any other company out there! – will only change once it makes sense for them financially as a business. If everyone who signs the petition is still buying their products with dyes in it, change won’t happen. Every day, you are “voting” with your dollar. Are you using your money to buy products with artificial dyes in it, or are you buying healthy and wholesome products instead? If enough people stopped buying junk food, these companies like Kraft would have to change to meet the demand or go out of business. The businesses are only providing what the consumers are willing to buy. I hope that you realize that you, the consumer, is much more powerful than you realize!
This next week when you go grocery shopping…who will you vote for?
Our lucky reader just won the Skinny Twinkie Store product of her choice, which was the “SWEAT is fat crying” Women’s Sweatpants – a total value of $34.49!
