Best and Worst Food at The Cheesecake Factory

Let’s talk about the best and worst meals from The Cheesecake Factory that you should take a chance on. Oh wait, there’s no way of really knowing what is the healthiest choice, since The Cheesecake Factory is über secretive about their calorie and overall nutritional information. Why? Probably because you would be shocked and disgusted with the amount of calories, fat, and sodium used…and might not go there anymore. Whatever their reasons are, here’s an idea of what the nutrition information is for some meals at The Cheesecake Factory. I wish I could provide more details, but I only had so much to work with!

Please note that all of the nutrition information that is provided in this article may not be 100% accurate, since The Cheesecake Factory doesn’t provide any official nutritional information! Check out their statement below:

At this time, we do not provide nutritional information for our menu selections on our website. We pride ourselves on using only the freshest and finest ingredients available. Everything on our menu is made in-house on a daily basis so that we can maintain the highest food quality standards. – The Cheesecake Factory

So thanks to cheesecakefactorynutrition.com and myfitnesspal.com, here’s my take on the meals at The Cheesecake Factory, and just know they are what I like to call, “guesstimates”!

Worst Food at The Cheesecake Factory

It’s pretty obvious (I hope it is, anyways…) that the Cheesecakes are something you should skip altogether if you are on a “diet”. Why? Because who could stop at just one or two bites? If you can, that’s fantastic. Go with someone and only take those one or two bites. If you can’t control yourself, I suggestion enjoying the delicious meals I mentioned earlier, and skip the cheesecake. Does this dismiss the whole point of going to The Cheesecake Factory? I don’t think so, but that’s just my opinion and a whole other story!

So what meals should you avoid at The Cheesecake Factory? Here’s my top offenders for the most calories, most fat, most sodium, and I even listed what I feel to be the “most deceptive” meal offered at The Cheesecake Factory!

What about the new “SkinnyLicious” Menu?

The Cheesecake Factory just announced it’s new menu called “SkinnyLicious”, and they will offer 50 new menu items that contain 590 calories or less! The new menu will include new dishes like a low-calorie hamburger, Tuscan Chicken, and even a Mexican Tortilla Salad.

As you can see from the menu items mentions above, this new “SkinnyLicious” menu at The Cheesecake Factory is long overdue. Of course, I am still waiting for the full nutritional information to be announced. It’s more to a healthy lifestyle than just counting calories!

  1. Aww Man, I LOVE their Avocado Eggrolls!!! :(

  2. I just had the Tuscan Chicken tonight. It is delicious, but with 3 (count them-3) chicken breasts, I cannot believe that dish is under 600 calories. Maybe if you split it into 3 meals. Anyway, the taste was superb!!
