{Paleo & Vegan} Shamrock Shake Recipe

Posted by on Mar 14, 2014 in Beverages, Holiday, Recipes | Comments Off on {Paleo & Vegan} Shamrock Shake Recipe

Every St. Patrick’s Day, I see advertising for McDonald’s Shamrock Shake. Yes, it’s green…but it’s green from food dye rather than healthy green fruit or vegetables. It’s full of processed sugars, artificial flavorings and milk sourced from who knows where. The good news? There’s a much healthier – even Paleo & Vegan! – version of McDonald’s Shamrock Shake. Delicious doesn’t have to be guilty. Healthy Shamrock Shake Recipe Ingredients:  1 can coconut milk (you can also sub 1 ¾ cups of any other type of milk) 1 avocado, peeled and seed removed 2 1/2 – 3 tablespoons pure raw honey, (or other sweetener of choice) 1 cup of ice 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract 1 teaspoon pure peppermint extract For full recipe instructions, please visit: primallyinspired.com Feel free to follow us, however you...

If we make excuses not to workout, we can quickly justify skipping the gym for all sorts of things and one day realize “wow, I haven’t been to the gym in weeks/months/years”. Create a workout routine – whether that’s three days or six days a...
